CD new publication: Fons amoris - Johann Zach: Stabat mater & MIssa solemnis in D

In cooperation with the excellent baroque soloists in Munich, a particularly sonically intensive and homogeneous solo quartet, the vocal ensemble NovoCanto has recorded music from the Abbey of Stams. In the series musikmuseum (No. 40) just appeared: Glorious sacred sound of the 18th century of Bohemia Johann Zach, in whose rediscovery NovoCanto was repeatedly involved.

Zach: Missa solemnis

As a foretaste of the forthcoming CD with works of Jan Zach attached you may find a recording of a concert on 07.10.2017 in the collegiate church of the monastery Neustift.

NovoCanto is embedded in the stylish sound of the Munich baroque soloists and surrounded by particularly sonorous soloists.

Latest release: Small is beautiful

In chamber music ensembles sides that are unsuspected in baroque orchestral works can be discovered. Music with Tyrolean references by Gottfried Finger, but also Bach's wonderful Brandenburg Concerto in F were recorded by soloists of the Tyrolean baroque instrumentalists.
